Positive Coaching Alliance

Virginia District 15 and the Little Leagues of District 15 have partnered with the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) to encourage better coaching to develop better athletes and better citizens. Through the partnership, we will be hosting Coaches Workshops and Parent Workshops for all volunteers in the District to attend for free. To ease the travel burden, workshops will be hosted by different leagues in the district and scheduled on different dates and times. Additionally, online courses will also be made available at no cost to the participants.
