Mathews County LL captures D15 Senior League Softball Championship

Congratulations to Mathews County Little League for capturing the FIRST District 15 Championship of 2023. The Mathews ladies defeated the Caroline County Senior League Softball team on Monday by the score of l8-8 on Dupont field at Dream Fields in Irvington. The team went through the tournament undefeated and will represent District 15 at the Virginia State Senior League Tournament being hosted by District 13 in Coeburn, Virginia starting on July 6th. Good luck, ladies. We know you'll represent us well.
