District 4's McLean LL Wins State 9-11 Softball Championship

In the 9-11 State Softball Championship today. McLean LL, representing District 4, overcomes 1 run deficit in the bottom of the 6th inning to capture the State Championship by the score of 7-6 over District 8's team from Virginia Beach LL. Two great Little League softball games today between two very talented and well-coached teams. Excellent sportsmanship was demonstrated by both teams and their fans. Well done. Thank you for participating and we wish you safe travel home. Best of luck in your next tournament.
